Is
the Teacher a man, like us? Or, is He a God?
"I am your friend and brother, not a God. It is true my Father has, once
again, sent me to you..."
"When you see me
you will find a friend in need, a brother whose heart enfolds your own, a teacher who has
travelled somewhat further along the journey of life, a guide into that blessed future
which, my friends, will be yours."
Where
is the Teacher?
"From my descent until now I have lived as one of yourselves, a man among
men, known to your brothers as a brother and friend, known to them as a counselor and
guide, as their leader and spokesman. Thus I am and thus do I emerge into the world."
"Look for me
in the dark places, where hunger and strife abound. Know me as the brother of the poor,
the rejected of the world. See me thus, my friends and brothers..."
If
true, why haven't I heard about this?
"Many there are who doubt my presence. This is natural; men are blind. But
soon there will be no gainsaying. My efforts will show men that the wheel turns, that soon
the New Time, the New World, will have commenced."
"When mankind
knows that I am here, I am certain that it will respond from its heart..."
"There are those
among you who know that I am here, who see me in their visions and dreams, yet speak not.
Why hold this wonder to yourselves?"
When
will we see the Teacher?
"If you can make known this fact on a wide enough scale, it will not be long indeed
till the world knows my face. My aim is to shorten this time yet further, but an early
declaration of my presence depends on you, depends on your will to serve."
